Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. receipt or order number).
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Personal care and sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Partial Refunds May Be Granted

- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl that has been opened
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned after 30 days
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider, it may take time to post
- Contact your bank — some refunds may take longer to appear

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [insert your support email], and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

- You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
